This year we’re growing fast, and we are now looking for a Senior Barista for our new Muswell Hill Broadway brunch shop. Specialty coffee experience and skill is essential for this role - equally matched with positivity and passion for hospitality in general.
An ability to lead by example, teach and pass on your coffee skills and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the cafe is also essential.

Skill Sets
Specialty Coffee: Possesses a strong interest and experience in specialty coffee, ensuring the delivery of high-quality brews and exceptional coffee knowledge.
Team Development: Inspires and develops the team to maintain high standards and expectations, especially as it relates to coffee.
Shift Management: Confidently runs shifts when needed, opens and closes shop, working closely with the Coffee Shop Manager to motivate and guide staff throughout the day.
Supportive Leader: Aids the Coffee Shop Manager in driving operational and financial performance.
Operational Excellence: Maintains day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring coffee and food quality, customer experience, health & safety, and food hygiene & allergen practices are upheld.
