Head of Sales

Small Batch Coffee Roasters have created an exciting new role to join our growing team as Head of Sales. The role will focus primarily on new business acquisition as we look to develop and grow our wholesale and distribution partnerships across the UK. The role will also be responsible for the management and development of our Business Development team. Plus the relationship management of our key portfolio partners and consulting their business on the best strategy to improve their customer satisfaction and increase their coffee volumes. Working closely with Marketing, Roastery Operations and our Commercial team the new role will help shape the future of our B2B strategy and overcome challenges we’ll experience for the first time as a growing business. Our roastery is based in Portslade, Brighton. As a small growing business our preference is the candidate will live in close proximity so they can regularly visit the team and use the roastery as their base for success.
