Coffee Experience
- Minimum 4 years full-time experience in specialty coffee.
- Ideally SCA Barista and Brewing Professional qualified.
- Experienced in diagnosing technical issues with coffee equipment.
- Experience training new team members in coffee service.
- Experienced working efficiently in fast-paced shifts, delivering the highest quality and service standards.

Responsibilities
Coffee Bar and Team Management (multiple UK sites):
- Take ownership of the coffee bar and the coffee service team.
- Develop and refine espresso and filter coffee recipes.
- Liaise with equipment suppliers to troubleshoot issues.
- Work with the team to maintain coffee service standards across multiple UK sites.
- Ensure drinks are made to high-quality standards promptly.
- Uphold cleanliness standards.

- Place and receive orders using the company stock system.
- Support management with necessary tasks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Training and Development:
- Develop training material for consistent onboarding of new staff.
- Train coffee service teams across multiple sites.
- Develop quality control methods suitable to be used across multiple sites.

Product Development:
- Liaise with the Head Roaster to monitor roasted coffee quality,
- work with the head roaster suggest adjustments/improvements to roast profiles to improve the end product
