Caravan Coffee Roasters is an award-winning speciality coffee roaster and restaurant business. We began roasting in the basement of our Exmouth Market restaurant in February 2010, and since then have built a team of dynamic coffee driven professionals who work together to produce exceptional coffees. We are constantly developing, improving and evolving, creating long-term relationships and partnerships along the coffee supply chain. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of London’s diverse coffee scene within a growing creative business.
Hours
Minimum 32 hours per week
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliveries and driving:
• Deliver coffee and bakery products to clients via the CCR company vehicle
• May have to lift heavy products, parcels, buckets or coffee machinery
• Drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Keep company vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained, is fully charged overnight and ready to drive
• Follow pre-planned route accurately
• Participation and assistance on production floor as and when required
Requirements:
Clean driving licence (no driving disqualifications within the last three years)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physically fit, ability to handle packages of various weights and sizes with care
Flexible with schedule and changes to daily routine or additions to usual routes
Bring a positive energy to work – in particular when delivering to customers and representing the company
