Barista – 26 Grains, Neal’s Yard
We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team at 26 Grains in Neal’s Yard. You’ll be leading the coffee section in a busy, breakfast and lunch-focused café that’s all about great coffee, seasonal drinks, and delicious food.
What you’ll get:

- Making consistently high-quality coffee, even when it’s busy
- Working both independently and with the team
- Giving great service to every customer
- Staying organised and keeping things running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a barista (latte art skill is must!)
- Clean, efficient work habits
- Happy to work weekends on rotation
Hours & Pay:
- Shifts:
- Mon–Fri: 7:30am–4:30pm
- Sat–Sun: 8:30am–5:00pm
- 27–36 hours per week on average
- £14.85–£15.85 per hour (including tips)
