The Spot is a brand new specialty coffee shop opening in the heart of Hackney — just a 2-minute walk from London Fields station — and we’re on the lookout for passionate Baristas to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning, helping shape the shop as it grows. We’ve partnered with Allpress Espresso and kitted out the shop with a La Marzocco Linea PB and 2x Mahlkönig E65 GBW grinders, so you’ll have the tools to make great coffee in a focused, high-quality setup.
What We’re Looking For: • A genuine love for specialty coffee and excellent service • Previous barista experience in a quality-focused coffee shop • Confident with espresso dial-ins, milk texture, and workflow • Friendly, reliable, and up for being part of a small, hard-working team • Good communication and energy — someone who brings good vibes to the bar
