Skills: Proven experience in a similar role within the coffee industry or restaurant industry. Understanding of specialty coffee culture Coffee making / milk steaming and latte art Excellent team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food production processes. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
