We are looking for a brilliant assistant manager to join our Hagen team. We have 13 lovely sites in; Chelsea, Marylebone, Belgravia, South Kensington + Central London. So need new employees galore! And have delicious roles aplenty! If you are keen to be an assistant manager - make pals with all the lovely locals, whilst keeping your bar looking tight! Then let’s chat!

Salary is up to 28,000/year OR up to £12.60/hour.

To give you the low down - we are Hagen, a Skandi focussed espresso bar, using Dark Arts + Prolog as our bean suppliers and the sexy Kees Van Der Westen for our espresso machines.

Making delicious coffees and our customers feel at home is what we’re all about. While the pace is fast, the vibe is strictly hygge; we love plants, rye bread and serve only the best coffee. The perfect candidate will be great at chatting to customers and presenting each drink with a smile. A person who can use their own initiative and brings positivity to the team.

What we need from you: - Manage your Hagen site like an absolute pro - Maintain a positive and can do attitude at all times - Enthuse your team to work hard, smile and clean hard even when you’re not there - Learn our stock take and ordering system Marketman - make sure we are always stocked up with our goods - Have a great set of coffee skills; be able to dial in an espresso machine, great milk steaming + late art skills - Are able to work under pressure

We expect our opening hours to be; weekdays 7am-8pm and weekends 8.00am - 8pm. We expect the candidates to be flexible.
