We link unemployed people with quality coffee jobs, and cafes with highly trained employees. We started the UK's first year-long apprenticeship in speciality coffee, and now offer a menu of high-level barista training that includes mentorship, soft skills and SCA certificates. We were one of the Observer Food Magazine's 50 best things about food in 2016. Currently running Brighton and collaborating in London.
