Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our passionate team. As the Head Barista, you will ensure that every coffee served meets our high standards of quality and consistency. You will manage a dynamic team in our busy environment, maintaining excellent customer engagement, and ensuring the speed of service is efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and develop a team of coffee enthusiasts. Maintain a high standard of coffee preparation with attention to detail in every aspect from dosing to pouring advanced latte art. Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and equipment maintenance. Train new team members, encouraging their growth and professional development. Uphold cleanliness and organization of the coffee section at all times. Handle customer service with a focus on delivering an exceptional coffee experience. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Barista or similar role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
